Treasurer provides financial governance and oversight to ensure the organization’s fiscal health and sustainability. Applies innovation and analytical thinking to budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Works closely with the Board and leadership to uphold fiduciary responsibility and responsible stewardship of resources.

Michelle Turner Goldsmith serves as a Director and contributes to policy development, strategic planning, and program oversight. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and brings experience in education and youth development through her work with Bethesda Dance Studio in Montgomery County, Maryland. Michelle supports mission-aligned decision-making with a focus on learning, healthy development, and community impact.

Provides strategic governance leadership, ensuring the board fulfills its fiduciary, legal, and ethical responsibilities. A dedicated community advocate and Community Health Worker, and brings frontline insight into equity, prevention, and access. As Chair set board priorities, facilitates effective meetings, and ensures accountability to the mission and the communities served.the steady axis where every rotation finds balance.
