Kelsey Lewis serves as Board Secretary and brings a unique blend of healthcare, leadership, and creative expertise. She is a medical school student, a mother, and the CEO of BrightPath Leadership, as well as a professional makeup artist based in Maryland. Kelsey contributes strong organizational skills, strategic communication, and a holistic perspective that bridges healthcare, leadership development, and family-centered approaches.

Linnell Fall - Board Chair
Provides strategic governance leadership, ensuring the Board fulfills its fiduciary, legal, and ethical responsibilities. A dedicated community advocate and Community Health Worker, Linnell brings frontline insight into equity, prevention, and access. As Chair, Linnell partners with the Executive Director, sets board priorities, facilitates effective meetings, and ensures accountability to the mission and the communities served.the steady axis where every rotation finds balance. Michelle Turner Goldsmith serves as a Board Member and contributes to policy development, strategic planning, and program oversight. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and brings experience in education and youth development through her work with Bethesda Dance Studio in Montgomery County, Maryland. Michelle supports mission-aligned decision-making with a focus on learning, healthy development, and community impact.

Tiffany Hart serves as Director of Training and Career Preparation, providing programmatic leadership aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic goals. Based in Montgomery County, Maryland, Tiffany is a proud mother and community support program facilitator who designs and oversees career-readiness initiatives, workforce training, and participant outcomes. She ensures programs meet quality standards, community needs, and organizational objectives.

Reginald Spence serves as Treasurer and provides financial governance and oversight to ensure the organization’s fiscal health and sustainability. An inventor and entrepreneur based in Baltimore City, Maryland, and creator of Hydrofal, Reginald applies innovation and analytical thinking to budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. He works closely with the Board and leadership to uphold fiduciary responsibility and responsible stewardship of resources.
