Michelle Turner Goldsmith serves as a Director and contributes to policy development, strategic planning, and program oversight. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and brings experience in education and youth development through her work with Bethesda Dance Studio in Montgomery County, Maryland. Michelle supports mission-aligned decision-making with a focus on learning, healthy development, and community impact.

Based in Montgomery County, Maryland, Tiffany is a proud mother and community support program facilitator who designs and oversees career-readiness initiatives, workforce training, and participant outcomes.
She ensures programs meet quality standards, community needs, and organizational objectives.
