Educational Sustainability Mobilization Inc. (DBA EssentialNow) is a Maryland-based 501(c)(3) public charity founded in 2019 to improve housing stability, workforce access, and community health outcomes for low-income individuals and families. Serving residents across Montgomery County and Prince George’s County, the organization delivers person-centered services that include housing navigation, workforce readiness, education and skill development, community health access and referrals, and basic needs support. EssentialNow operates through coordinated, community-based partnerships and is committed to advancing economic mobility, health equity, and long-term self-sufficiency through accountable, outcome-driven service delivery.

At Educational Sustainability Mobilization, Inc DBA EssentialNow, we offer a range of programs to support our community, essential information to help residents build skills for sustainable employment, maintain stable and affordable housing, obtain training and certification to address financial hardships, health literacy. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual or family we serve.
