This program is designed to meet applicable State of Maryland and county food safety training requirements for food service managers and food service operators.
We offer Proctor training and certification throughout the United States, and Washington DC.
Events Important Notice
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (by appointment)
Instruction Format: In-person, onsite instruction only
Attendance Requirement: Participants must be present for the full duration of onsite instruction in accordance with local health department standards.

All program fees must be paid prior to the start of instruction unless otherwise authorized in writing by Educational Sustainability Mobilization Inc.
Accepted payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, and check or money order payable to Educational Sustainability Mobilization Inc.
Cash is not accepted.

Renewal Training: $200
Fees are non-refundable once training has commenced.
